Report site problems safely

Use Report a bug or suggest improvements for a broken website feature, an improvement idea, or a Zezima problem. You can report anonymously; sign in and allow follow-up if you want staff to contact you.

Send a useful report

1. Choose the closest report type and Area.
2. Explain what you expected, what happened, and the steps that led to it. Include your browser or device when relevant.
3. Add the affected public RSBazaar page in the optional page field.
4. If signed in, choose whether staff may contact you through your RSBazaar account.
5. Select Send report and keep the confirmation reference.

Use a clear description, not just “broken.” The form needs enough detail to route the report.

Use another route for these issues

• Missing delivery, refunds, or disputes: open the affected order, where the timeline and evidence belong.
• Suspected abuse or prohibited content: use the Report control on the relevant forum content, profile, listing, or message where available.
• Urgent account access, security, payment, or verification help: use Support.
• Buyer/seller ratings: use the eligible completed order; Marketplace feedback is separate from site reporting.
• A correction to a Help Centre article: use that article's suggestion box.

The report form may redirect you to one of these protected routes. A site report does not open a dispute or emergency case.

Protect private information

Do not include passwords, verification or recovery codes, identity documents, card details, private order evidence, or another person's private information. Anonymous reports cannot receive a direct reply.
