Use Feedback for RSBazaar website bugs, product suggestions, experience feedback, and Zezima issues or ideas. The form accepts anonymous notes, while signing in lets staff use your account context and contact you when you consent.
Choose the closest type and area, add an optional rating, describe what you expected and what happened, and include the affected public RSBazaar page when useful.
The Feedback page detects these cases and links the correct protected workflow. It does not turn a product note into a dispute, moderation report, or emergency support request.
Never include passwords, one-time codes, recovery details, payment secrets, identity documents, private evidence, or another person's information. Anonymous feedback cannot receive a direct reply. Signed-in users can choose whether staff may follow up.
Zezima can clarify which feedback type fits, help make a note concise, and link Feedback or the proper protected workflow. Zezima cannot submit feedback for you, upload evidence, decide disputes, expose staff notes, or replace Support.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
