How forum files work, what upload review states mean, and what Zezima can safely explain.
Reviewed July 2026
Forum uploads only work where the thread or composer shows an attachment option. Use the visible page message first, and keep order proof, delivery screenshots, disputes, and support evidence inside the matching order/support flow.
Some public forum replies do not accept file attachments. Eligible marketplace-style forum areas may allow approved images or files when the live composer shows that option. If an upload fails, try a smaller supported file and avoid reposting the same file repeatedly.
Pending, blocked, or rejected files may not be ready for public display. The message on the forum page is the source of truth; protected review details are not shown publicly.
Forum files can be hidden, removed, expired, retained, or unavailable because of moderation, user action, retention rules, copyright, or legal requirements. If a file disappeared, keep the public thread URL and use Support instead of reposting private or disputed material.
Ask Zezima why a forum attachment may be blocked, where to try the upload, what a pending review means, or how to summarize a missing-file issue. Replies stay compact and separate the visible status, next step, exact forum or Help Centre route, and private limit.
Zezima cannot upload files for you, bypass forum permissions, approve a file review, restore deleted files from chat, or reveal protected review details.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
