Forum attachments, uploads, and retention

Quick answer

Attach files only when the forum composer offers an upload control. The composer shows the permitted file types, size limits, remaining slots, and any restriction for that category and your account.

Add an allowed attachment

1. Open the correct new-thread or reply composer.
2. Read its attachment summary before selecting a file.
3. Use the attachment toolbar button or drag the file into the supported area.
4. Review the selected files and any upload or scan message.
5. Save the post when ready. Files become publicly available only after the required safety checks and publication steps.

Some categories, including Zezima AI Updates, do not accept attachments. Other areas may allow images, documents, or both. A limit shown for one category is not a site-wide promise.

Pending, blocked, or missing files

A selected file is not necessarily ready for public download. Pending scans, rejected files, or held content may not appear. Follow the visible status and try an allowed file within the displayed limits if appropriate. Do not repeatedly upload a blocked file or bypass the check with an external link.

Retention and removal

Attachments may be hidden, removed, expired, or retained for moderation, evidence, copyright, or legal reasons. Deleting a post does not guarantee immediate removal of every required record.

Your Forum moderation center can show relevant attachment status and available next steps. Keep the original thread URL and contact Support if the visible status does not explain a problem. Do not repost disputed or removed material while a review is open.

Keep evidence in the right place

Order delivery proof belongs in the affected order, and private support evidence belongs in its support case. Do not publish identity documents, account credentials, payment secrets, or someone else's private information as forum attachments.
