How to request a reset email, use the reset page, and ask Zezima for safe help.

Use Forgot password to request a reset email. If an account exists for that email, RSBazaar sends a reset link. The page uses safe wording and does not reveal whether the email exists.
Never paste your password, reset link, reset token, recovery code, one-time code, cookie, or session token into Zezima, live support, forums, or public chat. Enter passwords only on the official RSBazaar reset page.
Reset links can expire or be replaced by newer emails. Request a fresh email from Forgot password and use the newest link only. If the page opens without a valid link, go back to Forgot password rather than copying the token into chat.
Zezima can explain which page to use, why the page gives a generic message, and what safe details support needs if you remain stuck. It can prepare a support packet with the page, public error text, safe account identifier, and what you already tried. Zezima cannot reset your password, verify your identity from chat, process reset links, or reveal whether an email exists beyond the official page behavior.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
