Why email verification matters and what it unlocks.

Email verification confirms that you can receive important RSBazaar emails about orders, wallet activity, account security, and support. Use an email address you control and keep access to it, because it is needed for account recovery.
If you create your account with Google or Discord and that provider confirms your email, RSBazaar may not ask you to complete a separate email verification step. If you register with email and password, you will usually need to verify the email address before all account features are available.
When verification is needed, RSBazaar sends a link to your inbox. Open the newest RSBazaar email and follow the on-screen instructions. If you changed your email recently, older verification emails may no longer work. Do not paste verification links or codes into Zezima, live support, forums, or public chat.
Some account actions may stay limited until your email is verified. Sellers also need seller verification before listing. Keep your account email current so order, Wallet, security, and support emails reach you.
Check spam, promotions, and junk folders, then request a fresh email from Email verification. Zezima can guide you to the page and explain the steps, but it cannot resend the email from chat or process verification links for you. If resends keep failing, use Support with the public error text and the email address you registered with.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
