How to protect sign-in, review sessions, use 2FA, and handle unknown devices.
Reviewed July 2026
Use Account settings for password, 2FA, connected accounts, and active sessions.
Never share your password, authenticator code, recovery code, email verification code, private keys, seed phrase, or full payment details with anyone. Zezima does not need those secrets.
Active sessions show browsers or devices where your account is signed in. If you do not recognize a session, end it from Account settings, change your password, and enable 2FA if available.
If you cannot sign in, use account recovery from the official login flow and contact Support. Do not keep retrying links or codes sent by another person.
2FA adds an authenticator code to important sign-in and account actions. Save recovery codes somewhere private before relying on 2FA. If you replace your phone or authenticator app, update 2FA before losing the old device.
Ask Zezima where to review sessions, how to find 2FA, or what to do after seeing an unfamiliar device. Zezima can guide you to the right setting and explain up to three safe steps. It cannot revoke sessions, reveal tokens, read another user's sessions, or handle your password, 2FA code, or recovery code.
If you cannot access your account, use account recovery or contact Support. Staff may ask for ownership details, but never for your password or one-time codes.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
