Forum reporting, restrictions, and appeals

Use Report on the affected forum thread, reply, or supported embed for a rule concern. Review your own warnings, restrictions, and appeals in the Forum moderation center.

Report content

1. Open the affected forum content and select Report.
2. Choose a Reason, such as spam, harassment, malicious link, scam or fraud, off-platform payment, fake vouch claim, impersonation, or another forum issue.
3. Add concise Details describing what staff should review. The form requires at least 10 characters.
4. Select Submit report once and read its confirmation.

Ordinary forum matters go to moderators; account or trading risks may go to Trust. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, payment secrets, private order evidence, or private support text.

Reporter identities and private report details are not public.

Review a restriction

Open Account settings and find Forum moderation center. It shows your visible reasons, active restrictions, expiry dates, and review history. A restriction may limit different forum actions; follow the message shown on the relevant page.

Submit an appeal when available

Use the appeal form attached to the active warning or restriction. Explain what was missed and the relevant facts in at least 20 characters, then select Submit appeal.

An appeal does not remove an active restriction while staff review it. Follow the existing appeal status instead of sending repeated appeals or creating another account. Closed or terminal decisions may not offer another appeal.

If the center is unavailable or you cannot access your account, use Support with the public notice and affected link.
