Account, marketplace, payment, content, enforcement, and dispute rules for using RSBazaar.
These Terms governed use of RSBazaar as an independent player-to-player marketplace for OSRS and RS3 goods and services. Buyers used checkout and order tools, sellers fulfilled accepted orders, and RSBazaar provided marketplace, wallet, messaging, dispute, verification, and support systems.
They applied to accounts, listings, checkout, wallet activity, orders, messages, feedback, seller tools, support cases, and community features. Additional rules could appear inside product pages, checkout, seller onboarding, order pages, wallet screens, and help articles.
Users had to provide accurate information, protect their login, and use their own payment methods. Sellers could be required to complete identity, business, payout, tax, or safety checks before listing, accepting orders, or withdrawing. RSBazaar could approve, decline, suspend, or re-review accounts when risk, documentation, complaints, chargebacks, or policy concerns required it.
Auction bids were final and binding once submitted. A bid could not be retracted, undone, or cancelled after submission, including accidental extra-zero bids. Buyers had to review the live amount and confirmation screen before bidding.
Buyers had to review listing details, pay through RSBazaar checkout, keep order communication on-platform, and confirm receipt only after checking delivery. Problems had to be raised through the order thread, dispute button, or Support so staff could review the order record.
Sellers were independent marketplace participants. They had to list accurately, keep stock and delivery promises current, deliver what was purchased, protect buyer information, and maintain proof of fulfillment. Sellers could not pressure buyers into off-platform payment, fake confirmation, private credentials, or unverifiable handoffs.
Buyer payment fees, seller marketplace fees, wallet activity, donations, highlights, and payout details were shown in the live flow before submission where applicable. Seller proceeds could be held while delivery was pending, buyer confirmation remained open, a dispute was active, payment reversal risk existed, payout details changed, or safety review was required.
Refund eligibility depended on order status, delivery evidence, buyer and seller messages, product protection terms, payment status, and dispute timing. Outcomes could include release to seller, full refund, partial refund, replacement fulfillment, fee adjustment, account restriction, or continued hold. Off-platform agreements were not covered by the RSBazaar order record.
Users could not use RSBazaar for illegal goods or services, stolen accounts, stolen payment methods, fraud, phishing, malware, sanctions evasion, money laundering, chargeback abuse, fake orders, feedback farming, harassment, impersonation, misleading listings, or attempts to bypass verification, checkout rules, wallet holds, or staff decisions.
Listings, shop pages, profile copy, feedback, screenshots, forum posts, and messages had to be accurate and lawful. RSBazaar could remove content, reduce visibility, hide feedback, restrict accounts, or preserve evidence when content was abusive, misleading, duplicated, infringing, manipulated, or unsafe.
RSBazaar could warn, limit, suspend, ban, hold funds, cancel orders, remove listings, hide feedback, require verification, or preserve records when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce marketplace rules. Serious or repeated violations could result in permanent loss of access.
Users were directed to Support for order, account, wallet, seller, refund, or dispute questions. Legal, privacy, copyright, or trademark notices belonged at legal@rsbazaar.org, and security concerns at admin@rsbazaar.org.
