What personal data RSBazaar handles, why it is used, retention, sharing, security, and user choices.
This Privacy Policy explained how RSBazaar handled personal data when users used the marketplace, checkout, wallet, messages, support, seller tools, and community features.
RSBazaar could collect account details, contact information, login and device information, marketplace activity, listings, orders, wallet records, messages, support tickets, verification information, payment status, delivery evidence, reports, feedback, and communications sent to the service.
Data was used to operate accounts, process checkout and wallet actions, support buyers and sellers, verify sellers, prevent abuse, review disputes, improve marketplace features, send service notifications, enforce rules, and meet legal or safety obligations.
Buyer information supported purchases, order records, disputes, and account safety. Seller information supported onboarding, listing tools, order fulfillment, payout readiness, account review, marketplace quality, and support.
Card, crypto, wallet, bank transfer where available, and verification flows could require payment, identity, device, or risk information. RSBazaar did not ask users to send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or full card numbers through messages or support.
Cookies and similar storage kept users signed in, protected sessions, remembered preferences, supported checkout, showed notifications, and reduced abuse.
Data was shared only when needed to operate the marketplace, complete payment or verification flows, provide support, protect users, comply with law, respond to rights notices, or work with trusted service providers under appropriate controls.
Records were kept as long as needed for marketplace operation, account history, order protection, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, accounting, security, and audit. Some records could remain after account closure for safety or legal reasons.
Users could update account details where available, contact Support for account questions, and send privacy requests to legal@rsbazaar.org. Certain records could be retained to complete orders, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
RSBazaar used technical and operational safeguards. Users remained responsible for protecting their login, using official domains, and keeping order communication on-platform.
Published versions are immutable. A rollback creates a new version.
