The additional agreement accepted by sellers before verification and marketplace activity.
RSBazaar operated a managed digital marketplace. Buyers paid through on-platform checkout, sellers fulfilled accepted orders through platform tools and order threads, and RSBazaar deducted a platform fee before recording net seller proceeds for payout.
Sellers had to maintain an accurate account profile, complete required verification, and provide business, identity, tax, payout, and fulfillment information when requested. RSBazaar could approve, decline, suspend, or re-review sellers based on risk, account history, processor requirements, sanctions screening, buyer complaints, chargebacks, or missing documentation.
Sellers were responsible for accurate descriptions, availability, pricing, delivery timing, and completion evidence. Fulfillment had to remain inside RSBazaar order flows unless staff gave written permission in the order record. Sellers could not request off-platform payment, mislabel a product or service, reuse delivery evidence across unrelated orders, or pressure buyers to close a dispute before delivery was complete.
RSBazaar recorded the buyer's gross payment, deducted the applicable marketplace fee, and credited net proceeds to the seller ledger. Proceeds could be held during delivery, buyer protection, disputes, chargebacks, refunds, sanctions, payment review, or manual trust review. Payout timing depended on seller status, payout method availability, risk review, and open cases.
Buyer external payment fees were separate buyer pay-in fees and were not seller proceeds. Seller marketplace fees, payouts, and TradeShield release amounts were calculated from the order subtotal unless a specific refund, chargeback, or staff ruling stated otherwise.
RSBazaar could delay, offset, freeze, reverse, or reduce a payout to cover refunds, chargebacks, negative balances, suspected fraud, policy violations, incorrect payout details, or processor instructions. Payouts were made only to eligible payout accounts controlled by the approved seller.
TradeShield held buyer payments while delivery, buyer verification, dispute windows, chargeback monitoring, and staff risk review cleared. Seller proceeds were released only after the order's verification path and applicable risk checks were satisfied.
Account orders included a minimum 7-day TradeShield protection period, even after buyer-confirmed delivery. If an account was banned, recovered, or stopped working during the active protection window, staff reviewed the order evidence before cancellation, refund, or seller-release decisions.
TradeShield also retained payment records, order messages, delivery proof, and support requests for chargeback and fraud-evidence support. Admins could place additional holds when an order, seller, customer, listing, payment, or communication pattern indicated elevated risk.
Sellers could not offer illegal products or services, stolen or unauthorized account access, credential theft, malware, phishing, payment circumvention, chargeback coaching, fraud, sanctions-restricted trade, counterfeit or infringing content, misleading listings, harassment, or anything prohibited by RSBazaar, payment processors, card networks, law, or applicable platform rules.
Sellers had to cooperate with buyer disputes, refund reviews, chargeback evidence requests, and staff investigations. RSBazaar could request proof of delivery, timestamps, order-thread messages, screenshots, customer acknowledgements, and other reasonable evidence. Outcomes could include release to seller, full or partial refund, replacement fulfillment, fee adjustment, account restriction, or payout hold.
Sellers were directed to the Terms of Service, Refund and Dispute Policy, Trust Centre, and the support instructions shown inside each order.
