Legal
Rights-holder notices, content responsibilities, takedowns, appeals, and repeat infringement.
RSBazaar respected intellectual property rights and expected users to do the same. Marketplace listings, shop pages, screenshots, profile copy, forum posts, feedback, and messages could not infringe another party's rights.
This version covered copyright, trademark, impersonation, and rights-holder complaints involving content visible on RSBazaar. Game names, assets, and references could belong to their respective owners. RSBazaar was an independent marketplace and was not endorsed by or affiliated with Jagex unless expressly stated.
Notices had to be sent to legal@rsbazaar.org with the content URL, the work or mark believed to be infringed, proof of ownership or authority, contact information, and a clear description of the requested action.
RSBazaar could remove or limit content, ask for more information, contact the affected user, preserve records, restrict repeat offenders, or decline an incomplete request that did not establish a rights issue.
Users had to use accurate titles, descriptions, screenshots, and profile content. Sellers could not impersonate brands, staff, rights holders, or other users. Paid highlights, donor visuals, seller levels, and search placement did not grant permission to use protected content.
If content was removed and the user believed the decision was wrong, the user could respond with the content URL, account email, explanation, and supporting evidence. Removed content could not be reposted while an appeal remained open.
Copyright, trademark, impersonation, and rights-holder notices belonged at legal@rsbazaar.org. General order or account questions belonged in Support.
Published versions are immutable. A rollback creates a new version.
