Card or crypto top-ups, minimum deposit, and processing fee.
Wallet top-ups require a minimum credited USD of $1.00 before fees (policy constant MIN_DEPOSIT_CENTS).
The Wallet top-up flow may offer card or crypto (and may expand over time). Pick the method shown; card flows use the secure hosted page; crypto uses an invoice with a network and address you must match exactly.
Supported crypto assets and networks (labels match the Wallet and checkout pickers) include BTC (Bitcoin), LTC (Litecoin), XRP, ETH (Ethereum), SOL (Solana), TRX (Tron), BNB on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), USDC on Polygon or Solana, and USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Solana. Always send only the asset and network the invoice or deposit screen asks for — wrong-network transfers can be unrecoverable.
When you fund via crypto in the way Wallet calculates “external” credit, processing includes:
…applied to the external portion shown in wallet previews. Card top-ups follow the fee lines shown in that flow.
Deposit previews in Wallet compute totals from the same rules as the server. If this help page and the UI disagree, trust the UI and ask support.
We plan to add more checkout, wallet deposit, and withdrawal methods over time. Right now, seller withdrawals from Wallet are crypto-only to the supported networks above. Checkout and wallet top-ups may offer card and crypto depending on what the flow shows for your account and region.
Buyer checkout for marketplace purchases uses wallet first, then card or crypto for any remainder — see Checkout: wallet, card & crypto.
