Eligible seller balances withdraw in cryptocurrency only to a wallet address you provide on the supported networks in the Wallet picker. Bank, Skrill, and other rails are not available for withdrawals yet — we plan to add more payout and pay-in options over time.
Supported crypto assets and networks (labels match the Wallet and checkout pickers) include BTC (Bitcoin), LTC (Litecoin), XRP, ETH (Ethereum), SOL (Solana), TRX (Tron), BNB on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), USDC on Polygon or Solana, and USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Solana. Always send only the asset and network the invoice or deposit screen asks for — wrong-network transfers can be unrecoverable.
Withdrawals are subject to compliance and risk checks shown in the UI.
Minimum requested withdrawal amount: $20.00.
Withdrawal fee = 5% of the requested amount plus $15.00 fixed, calculated in cents server-side (basis points 500 + fixed 1500 cents).
Always use the Wallet preview before confirming — it is authoritative. Use an address that exactly matches the selected network.
We plan to add more checkout, wallet deposit, and withdrawal methods over time. Right now, seller withdrawals from Wallet are crypto-only to the supported networks above. Checkout and wallet top-ups may offer card and crypto depending on what the flow shows for your account and region.
If a withdrawal fails or is delayed, contact support with the withdrawal reference from history.
If something is unclear or outdated, email us and we will improve it. Do not share passwords or payment codes in email.
