The Wallet page shows balances available for purchases and flows such as withdrawals for eligible seller funds. Some funds may be held until clearance rules complete — read on-page labels.
Reward credit from loyalty claims may appear alongside main balance in wallet views where supported — it is spendable under programme rules, not a separate bank account.
Use wallet activity to reconcile deposits, sales, withdrawals, and adjustments.
If numbers look wrong after a payment redirect, wait briefly and refresh — webhooks can trail the browser. Then contact support with timestamps and any invoice id.
