RSBazaar protects marketplace orders through TradeShield. Buyers pay RSBazaar through checkout, sellers fulfill through order tools, and seller proceeds are released only after the applicable delivery, confirmation, dispute, and risk-review checks are satisfied.
A refund may be available when an order is not delivered, materially differs from the listing, is cancelled before fulfillment, fails required verification, or is reversed by RSBazaar due to fraud, processor instruction, sanctions, or another compliance concern. Refund eligibility depends on order status, seller evidence, buyer evidence, fulfillment timing, and the specific product or service rules shown at checkout.
TradeShield can hold seller proceeds while delivery is pending, buyer confirmation is open, a dispute is active, a chargeback or payment review is pending, or staff identifies elevated risk. Holds may also apply to new sellers, unusual order patterns, high-value orders, repeat complaints, payout-detail changes, or orders requiring additional documentation.
Buyers and sellers should keep communication in the order thread. When a dispute opens, RSBazaar reviews order records, seller delivery evidence, buyer evidence, message history, payment status, and account risk signals. Staff may ask either side for more information and may set deadlines for a response. Outcomes can include release to seller, full refund, partial refund, replacement fulfillment, account restriction, or continued hold.
Staff review the seller order subtotal and any buyer external payment fee as separate ledger values. Rulings should make clear whether a buyer external payment fee is refunded, retained, reversed by the payment provider, or excluded from a seller release amount.
If a buyer opens a card dispute or payment reversal, RSBazaar may freeze related seller proceeds, request evidence from the seller, submit evidence to the processor where appropriate, and offset losses against seller balances if the reversal is connected to seller conduct, missing fulfillment evidence, fraud, or policy violation. Sellers must cooperate with evidence deadlines.
RSBazaar admins have dedicated tooling for seller applications, KYC review, order disputes, chargebacks, transaction monitoring, trust queue incidents, profile reports, customer review, seller restrictions, and payout review. These controls support buyer safety, seller accountability, and processor compliance before funds are released.
Start from the order page, order dispute tools, Support, or Tickets. Include order IDs, timestamps, delivery evidence, and payment references so the Trust team can review the case quickly.
