Buyer loyalty (points & tiers)

RSBazaar runs a buyer loyalty hub where you can track points, tier progress, achievements, and reward credit claims when signed in.

Open Loyalty from the site navigation when available.

Basics (high level)

• Points accrue from completed marketplace activity subject to programme rules.
• Loyalty rank cosmetics use your current avatar, rank frame, and gem badge on profiles, listings, checkout seller panels, messages, boosting quotes/offers, order surfaces, seller cards, swap cards, and marketplace surfaces when loyalty effects are enabled.
• Loyalty effects are controlled from Account settings. Enabling loyalty effects automatically disables donor effects so the two systems never duplicate around the same user identity.
• Points may reverse on refunds — balances stay fair.
• Reward credit claimed from points is onsite credit (not withdrawable cash) unless otherwise stated in the hub.

Visual tiers

The Loyalty page shows your current tier, points balance, next threshold, achievements, and reward-credit claims. The badge uses a gem plus glowing rank text, and the avatar frame follows the same tier. Donor and loyalty cosmetics cannot be enabled together; the latest saved Account settings choice decides which one renders.
