Points accrue from completed marketplace activity subject to programme rules.
Points may reverse on refunds — balances stay fair.
Reward credit claimed from points is onsite credit (not withdrawable cash) unless otherwise stated in the hub.

Questions about missing points or claims should go through Messages / live support with your order ids where relevant.
