01 · Keep your trade on RSBazaar
Use official listings, checkout, order messages, and dispute tools. Before paying, check the game, product or service, quantity, delivery terms, and final total.
Don’t move payment to Discord, a side deal, or a wallet address someone sends in chat. A forum post, reply, or promise is not an order and does not create TradeShield coverage.
02 · Delivery first. Confirmation second.
Never mark an order as received before it has been delivered. Check that you received what you bought before confirming—even if the seller asks you to confirm early.
If something is missing, doesn’t match the agreement, or feels wrong, pause and use the affected order’s dispute or support tools. Keep the original messages, screenshots, and timestamps with that order.
Can’t find the right place to get help? Open Zezima and request live support. Share the order reference privately so staff can find the right case.
03 · Protect your private information
Public posts can be read and shared by others. Keep payment information, delivery evidence, private order details, and support conversations in the official order or support workflow.
Never post passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, full card details, or private keys. Check screenshots for anything private before sharing them publicly.
Use safe links and allowed attachments. Don’t share malicious downloads, misleading redirects, or links that ask people to hand over their login details.
04 · Be helpful. Be respectful.
Choose the right category and read its posting rules. Keep titles clear, stay on topic, and disagree with ideas without attacking people.
Harassment, threats, impersonation, exposing someone’s private information, spam, and manipulated engagement have no place here.
See a suspicious or abusive post? Use Report on that content and explain what concerns you. Avoid retaliation and repeated duplicate reports. For a moderation decision, follow the reason and appeal path in the notice.
05 · Keep feedback honest
Marketplace feedback is verified separately from forum reactions. Likes and a popular thread are not a verified trading record. Share genuine experiences and don’t manufacture feedback or engagement.
