Zezima's wallet and payment guidance has been tightened for launch.
What's improved:
- Wallet answers now use a compact four-part format: Balance/status, Latest item, Next step, Limit.
- Recent wallet activity is capped to the latest three safe items by default.
- Deposit, checkout, refund, withdrawal, and hold guidance keeps users on Wallet, Orders, Help Centre, or Support.
- Zezima still cannot move money, release holds, approve withdrawals, issue refunds, contact payment providers, or reveal private payment records.
