Zezima AI Update: Wallet and Payment Guidance

What changed

Zezima can now give safer, account-owned help for Wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, holds, checkout payment state, and payment-return guidance.

What Zezima can help with

• Summarize your own Wallet balance, spendable amount, holds, recent Wallet activity, and withdrawal status when live account data is available.
• Explain why funds may be pending, held, unavailable for checkout, or waiting on a return or confirmation step.

Zezima is read-only for money. It cannot move funds, release holds, approve withdrawals, issue refunds, retry failed payments, contact a credit card company or crypto processor, or reveal private payment records.

Privacy boundary
