Zezima now gives clearer seller onboarding and verification guidance.

What changed:

• Zezima can explain your own seller status in a short format: Seller status, Missing, Fix, and Limit.
• It can point you to the correct seller dashboard or seller status page when something still needs attention.
• It can explain individual and company verification steps in plain language.
• It can help with document, selfie, category, and resubmission guidance without exposing private verification data.

What Zezima cannot do:

• It cannot approve, reject, verify, or unlock a seller account from chat.
• It cannot accept documents through chat or bypass verification checks.
• It cannot show another user's seller application or private KYC details.
• It cannot help with forged, borrowed, edited, or misleading documents.

For sellers, this should make onboarding easier without weakening review, privacy, or marketplace safety.
