- Zezima now gives public guidance in five scan-friendly sections: Direct answer, Where to go, Step-by-step, Helpful links, and Limits / safety.
- Help Centre articles now explain that answer format so users know what to expect.
- Public policy and route questions keep clickable RSBazaar links, while private-account or staff-review questions route to Support.
How it helps users, buyers, and sellers
- Users can find the right public page faster without digging through long help text.
- Buyers can ask about safe buying, fees, refund expectations, status pages, and support paths.
- Sellers can ask where public seller guidance, trust, security, and policy pages live.
What Zezima still will not do
- Zezima does not replace Support when staff review is needed.
- Zezima will not access another user's private data, passwords, codes, payment secrets, or account details that are not yours.
- Zezima will not decide refunds, disputes, verification, KYC, wallet, payout, holds, bans, or checkout outcomes.
