Zezima can now explain more of your own RSBazaar reward, loyalty, referral, and donor status while keeping payment/provider records and staff-only systems out of chat.

What buyers can ask

How Zezima helps

• Shows your own visible donor rank, referral progress, loyalty tier, reward-credit status, and GIF-avatar eligibility.
• Links you to Donations, Refer a friend, Loyalty, Account settings, and Seller rewards when those pages are the source of truth.
• Explains common reasons a donor badge, profile effect, GIF avatar, referral reward, or loyalty claim may not appear yet.

Safe limits

• Zezima can read only your own visible reward, loyalty, referral, and donor status.
• Zezima cannot fake donor rank, grant reward credit, claim rewards for you, change payment/provider records, or inspect another user's private account.
• Donor rank repair uses deterministic server proof where supported, not AI judgment alone.
