Follow the payment, not just the balance. How to pay, understand a wallet reservation and check a delayed deposit.
Check the existing payment before trying again A pending provider screen or bank debit does not always mean a deposit has been confirmed on RSBazaar. Repeated attempts can create several payment records without resolving the original one.
1 · Review checkout Check your order, in-game username where requested, total and fees. Checkout applies available wallet funds and shows supported methods for any remaining payment. Follow the method and amount shown for that specific purchase.
2 · Add wallet funds when needed Open Wallet from your account menu and choose the deposit option. Select an available method and review the requested wallet amount and total charge before continuing. They can differ because of the displayed fee.
3 · For crypto, match every invoice detail Use the exact coin or token, network, destination address and amount shown on the current invoice, including a memo/tag if requested. USDT or USDC on one network is not interchangeable with another network. Do not reuse an old invoice address or send after its payment window without checking the provider's instructions.
4 · Wait for the recorded result Return to the deposit or order record to check its status. Blockchain confirmations, provider processing and review can take time. If it is declined, expired or unresolved, read the explanation before sending another payment. Keep the payment reference or transaction hash for private support.
5 · Understand Reserved balance A reservation makes funds unavailable for another action without meaning they have vanished. Open Reserved balance in Wallet and follow the linked entry to its order or bid. Use that entry's reason and release details; not all holds have the same cause or timing.
6 · Check where a refund went Read the order outcome and wallet ledger. A refund credited to your onsite wallet is not a second payment back to your card or crypto address. Follow the destination shown in the actual refund record. Ask support if the order and wallet do not agree.
Spending and withdrawing are different Deposited or refunded buyer funds are not automatically withdrawable seller earnings. If you need help with an eligible return of a balance, contact live support rather than starting a seller withdrawal.
What to send support Provide the order/deposit reference, amount, time and provider reference or transaction hash. Never send a card security code, wallet seed phrase or private key. Keep payment evidence in private support, not a public forum reply.
