Keep the problem with the order. Get the right help. What to do when a delivery is late, incomplete or different from the listing.
Do not confirm something you have not received Only mark an order received after checking the delivery. Keep the order's stated delivery window and any protection deadline in mind when reporting a problem.
1 · Open the existing order Choose Account menu → Orders and select the purchase. Read its payment status, delivery information and seller updates. Use the order conversation so the seller and staff can see one clear history.
2 · Explain what is missing State what you bought, what was delivered and what still needs fixing. Add relevant screenshots or other evidence privately. For accounts, describe the access problem or mismatch without posting passwords. For gold/items, identify the agreed amount and the actual delivery.
3 · Ask for staff help when needed Use Dispute with staff when the order offers it, or open Zezima and request live support. You can also use Contact live support on the support page. Follow the timing and options shown for your order.
4 · Continue in the same conversation If you already have an open live-support request, opening support takes you back to it. Add new evidence there instead of starting duplicate tickets. Staff may ask for a particular reference or clarification; keep those details in the private thread.
5 · If you and the seller resolve the problem A staff member joining does not automatically prevent an eligible trade from completing. If you receive and check the agreed delivery, the order may offer Confirm receipt and resolve dispute. Read its confirmation before submitting. Do not use it just to close a conversation while the issue remains unresolved.
6 · Follow the recorded outcome Check the order for the completion or refund result. If a refund goes to the onsite wallet, review its ledger entry there. A staff reply, a closed support chat and a completed financial action are different things; the order and wallet records show what actually happened.
Leave honest feedback When eligible, review the actual transaction. Paid completed, refunded and canceled purchases can qualify; a refund does not erase the transaction's feedback. Check your wording before submitting because a human review is final. If automatic feedback was applied, you can replace it with your own review.
Public forum or private support? Use forum replies for general “how do I?” questions. Keep order evidence, identity documents, credentials and payment details in the official private tools. Never share a password, card security code or wallet seed phrase with someone claiming to help.
