VIP item exchange overview

What it is

VIP item exchange is in beta: a peer-to-peer lane for OSRS and RS3 players to trade single-item offers or multi-item bundles with optional USD differences settled through the same wallet / checkout / orders stack as other marketplace purchases when money is owed. Item-only deals with zero USD checkout have no platform fee on the trade.

Access

• Listing (seller) access: requires an active VIP subscription ($2.99/month from your onsite wallet) or a supporter unlock ($100+ lifetime recorded as a donor on eligible donation rows — see Donations & donor rank), or a staff-assigned donor tier that meets the same threshold.
• Countering / deal threads: signed-in buyers can participate without VIP once a listing exists — checkout rules still apply when a USD difference is part of the deal.

Where to use it

• Browse all scopes on Item exchange (tabs for OSRS, RS3, cross-game, and combined lanes).
• You can also use the Exchange tab on OSRS items and RS3 items.
• Manage subscription, your listings, and active deals from VIP exchange hub in your account sidebar.

Negotiation & idle rules

• Parties exchange structured proposals (items on each side plus optional USD delta and payer, or items-only mode with zero USD delta). Both sides must accept the same version before payment can start for non-zero deltas.
• When money moves through checkout for a USD leg, the platform records the usual order, messages, disputes, and feedback flows; VIP item exchange cash legs use a 3% platform fee on the USD delta only (see checkout summary on the thread).
• Threads and listings auto-close after three days without activity (idle cleanup).

Important

RSBazaar is not affiliated with Jagex. You are responsible for completing trades in the correct game client and following Jagex rules. When a USD delta is paid, the platform follows the same order messages, disputes, and feedback patterns as other paid services.
